Most back pain is what’s known as “non-specific” (there’s no obvious cause) or “mechanical” (the pain originates from the joints, bones or soft tissues in and around the spine).
Muscle strain can progress gradually or suddenly the in following situations, such as:
- The pain depending on your position
- Depending on some movements
- Lifting something heavy in wrong way
- Back pain developed as a result of a cold place
Also a slipped disc or a herniated disc, sciatica, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis and arthritis can cause back pain and numbness and tingling.
In most cases back pain can be treated efficiently by acupuncture, acupressure massage and cupping.
